Rules of Platform Use

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 499bej ("499bej", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 499bej website, mobile site, applications, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the 499bej Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

499bej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 499bej will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.1 Governing Language

The 499bej Platform operates exclusively in English. All account communications, bonus offers, game descriptions, support interactions, and legal documents are provided in English. Players confirm they have sufficient English-language comprehension to understand these Terms prior to registration.

1.2 Applicable Law

499bej operates as an online gaming platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with any applicable local laws or regulations. 499bej makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 499bej Platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and use 499bej, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on 499bej.

Accepted documents include government-issued national identification cards, valid passports, and driving licences issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 499bej will result in account suspension pending resolution.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 499bej Platform is designed and marketed for players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country of residence. 499bej does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform from outside Bangladesh is permissible under applicable foreign laws.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 499bej services — including deposits, gameplay, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and is completed via the 499bej Login page on the Platform.

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's active period. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 499bej account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 499bej identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual will be permanently closed and any balances, winnings, and bonuses across all accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 499bej account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 499bej will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify 499bej immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification

499bej reserves the right to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any point. Verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, before a bonus is credited, or at any time 499bej deems appropriate for security or compliance purposes. Documents requested may include national ID, passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 499bej are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 499bej supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Players may only use payment methods registered in their own name — third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on 499bej is ৳500. There is no deposit fee charged by 499bej for transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard are subject to the fee structures of the issuing bank and card network, which are outside 499bej's control. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 499bej wallet within 60 seconds under normal conditions. 499bej is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 499bej within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals via Rocket and Upay are processed within the same business day. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 499bej reserves the right to impose a maximum daily withdrawal limit based on your account tier and VIP level.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 499bej may require you to complete identity and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to satisfactory verification completion will be held pending the submission and review of required documents. 499bej will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the verified identity of the account holder.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Using the 499bej Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming — including but not limited to money laundering, structuring deposits, processing third-party funds, or exploiting payment system float — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Bonus Terms & Promotional Conditions

499bej offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season betting boosts, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus offer at the time it is claimed. Players must meet the stated wagering requirement in full before any withdrawal request associated with bonus funds will be approved. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offered by 499bej is available to one player account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or by exploiting technical loopholes constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended with balances forfeited.

5.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi may contribute at a reduced rate, typically between 10% and 20%. Crash games including Aviator by Spribe and Bird Catcher may contribute at a rate specified in the individual bonus terms. Sports betting wagers contribute at rates specified per promotion. 499bej reserves the right to adjust contribution rates with reasonable notice.

5.4 VIP Programme

The 499bej VIP Programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players advance through tiers based on their wagering volume over a rolling period. Each tier unlocks progressively enhanced benefits including higher withdrawal limits, reduced wagering requirements on VIP bonuses, priority payment processing, and dedicated account management from Gold tier upward. VIP status is reviewed periodically and may be adjusted downward where the qualifying activity thresholds are not maintained.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

499bej runs seasonal promotions aligned to the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid bonus offers, Pohela Boishakh tournaments, Victory Day (December 16) free spin events, BPL season cricket betting boosts, Ramadan reload bonuses, and Independence Day (March 26) special promotions. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 499bej Platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 499bej Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 499bej player account.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a 499bej account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or tournament results.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to play games or place bets without direct human input.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software errors, game malfunctions, pricing errors in betting markets, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate 499bej deposit. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate permanent account closure.

6.1 Responsible Use

7. Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 499bej support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances and bonus winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players wishing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion closure for a defined period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended for all deposits and gameplay. Re-opening a self-exclusion account before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed requires a mandatory cooling-off period and review by the 499bej responsible gaming team.

7.3 Termination by 499bej

499bej reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or otherwise posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. In the event of termination for breach, 499bej reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any withheld balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 499bej will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying dormancy procedures. A dormant account may be subject to a monthly account maintenance fee as specified in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499bej, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, game studio partners, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from wagering activity on casino games, sports betting markets, or crash games.
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond 499bej's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by the systems of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Errors in game software supplied by third-party studios, provided that 499bej acts promptly to void affected rounds and correct any resulting balance discrepancies upon becoming aware of the error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

8.1 Platform Availability

499bej endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond 499bej's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures). 499bej will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on 499bej are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software provided by the game studios. 499bej does not manipulate game outcomes and does not guarantee any specific return to any individual player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages determined by the game studio and independently audited; they do not represent a guaranteed payout for any individual session or wagering sequence.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 499bej, its affiliates, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the Platform.
